Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, a global law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Associate to join their Real Estate team based in the Miami, FL area. JOB DETAILS * WORK TYPE: Permanent * WORK PATTERN: Full Time * LOCATION: Miami, FL JOB DESCRIPTION The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: * Proficiency in commercial real estate and financing transactions pertaining to mixed-use, office, multi-family, retail, hotel, resort, and other types of buildings. * Drafting and negotiating contracts pertaining to financial and real estate transactions, such as development-related agreements, property management agreements, easements, CC&Rs, licenses, leases, loan agreements, and buy and sale agreements. * Strong communication and writing abilities are necessary. * While not necessary, joint venture and real estate development experience is a plus. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE * J.D. from a recognized legal education institution. * Admission to and in good standing with the Florida Bar. * 3+ years experience within real estate. * Shown capacity to oversee all aspects of a transaction on their own.
