Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to discuss policy options, renewals, and coverage adjustments. * Handle inbound calls from customers regarding claims, inquiries, and policy updates. * Work with clients to retain existing business by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues. * Assist with policy renewals , ensuring smooth transitions and customer satisfaction. * Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries, offering personalized solutions and guidance. * Maintain accurate customer records and process policy changes efficiently. What We 're Looking For: * Sales Experience is required - ideally in a call center or similar environment. * Strong communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude. * Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and stay organized. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A strong desire to learn and grow within the auto insurance field.
