Job Overview We are seeking licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our team as W-2 employees. This role focuses on assisting consumers with ACA Marketplace and individual health insurance enrollments , while adhering to all state, federal, and carrier compliance requirements. Responsibilities: * Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace and individual health insurance options * Verify eligibility, subsidies, and plan details accurately * Complete enrollments in compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines * Obtain and properly document consumer consent * Maintain accurate records in CRM and enrollment platforms * Provide professional customer service and post-enrollment support Requirements: * Active health insurance license (resident or non-resident) * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to follow scripts, compliance procedures, and company policies * Reliable internet connection and phone access Preferred Qualifications: * Prior ACA Marketplace enrollment experience * Experience using EDE platforms (e.g., HealthSherpa) Compensation & Benefits: * W-2 employment status * Hourly base pay plus commission * Performance-based bonuses * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Benefits package available (medical, dental, vision, and other benefits, as applicable) * Paid training and ongoing compliance support Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
