Overview

We are seeking licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our team as W-2 employees. This role focuses on assisting consumers with ACA Marketplace and individual health insurance enrollments , while adhering to all state, federal, and carrier compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

:

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace and individual health insurance options
• Verify eligibility, subsidies, and plan details accurately
• Complete enrollments in compliance with CMS and carrier guidelines
• Obtain and properly document consumer consent
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and enrollment platforms
• Provide professional customer service and post-enrollment support

Requirements

:

• Active health insurance license (resident or non-resident)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow scripts, compliance procedures, and company policies
• Reliable internet connection and phone access

Preferred Qualifications

:

• Prior ACA Marketplace enrollment experience
• Experience using EDE platforms (e.g., HealthSherpa)
