Title: Healthcare Liaison / Clinical Business Development Representative Overview: Keep Talking Speech Language Services PLLC is seeking a motivated, articulate, and knowledgeable Liaison to expand our reach within the OPWDD community. You will be the face of our practice, forging partnerships with agencies to ensure their residents receive high-quality, on- site speech therapy services. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and contact local agencies providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. * Secure and lead meetings with agency directors to pitch our speech-language pathology services. * Articulate the specific benefits of our practice, including our expertise. * Coordinate the initial hand-off between the agency and our clinical staff. * Maintain a pipeline of potential partnerships and provide weekly progress reports. Qualifications: * Deep understanding of the SLP scope of practice: Must be able to explain why a resident needs speech therapy beyond just "talking." * Familiarity with OPWDD/Medicaid: Knowledge of how group homes operate and the regulatory requirements for clinical services is highly preferred. * Sales/Marketing Background: Proven ability to "close" a partnership and handle objections. * Professionalism: High level of empathy and respect for the population we serve. Compensation: * Base salary plus a commission-based structure for every successful agency partnership or "active" referral stream established.
