About the Role As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand--engaging with customers, answering questions, and helping them find the best solutions for their needs. Job Responsibilities * Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions * Create a warm, welcoming, and professional store environment * Educate customers on products, services, and key selling points * Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience * Close sales, upsell when appropriate, and meet daily and weekly quotas * Support customer acquisition and long-term loyalty * Build strong relationships with customers, team members, store managers, and market directors Qualifications * Positive attitude with strong people skills * Reliable team player with a strong work ethic * Natural communicator who enjoys helping others * Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and retail hours * Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required * Full-time availability preferred; part-time considered for the right candidate * Reliable transportation strongly recommended Compensation and Benefits * Hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses * Weekly earnings ranging from $900 -$1,500 * Paid training to set you up for success * Cell phone reimbursement and employee discounts * Performance recognition and career advancement opportunities * Travel and networking events * All employees are W-2 (not 1099) We are now interviewing!
