As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand--engaging with customers, answering questions, and helping them find the best solutions for their needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys personal interaction, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while meeting sales goals. Job

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Create a warm, welcoming, and professional store environment
• Educate customers on products, services, and key selling points
• Deliver a positive and memorable customer experience
• Close sales, upsell when appropriate, and meet daily and weekly quotas
• Support customer acquisition and long-term loyalty
• Build strong relationships with customers, team members, store managers, and market directors

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with strong people skills
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• Natural communicator who enjoys helping others
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and retail hours
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Full-time availability preferred; part-time considered for the right candidate
• Reliable transportation strongly recommended

• Hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses
