*Estimator - Sales Enablement Specialist Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Work Location: In Person Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (No evenings or weekends) Compensation: $22-$26 per hour, based on experience (Hourly, non- commission) Travel: No travel required Candidates: Local candidates preferred Position Overview This is an in-office estimating and sales support role focused on quote preparation, proposal management, and customer follow-up. This is not an outside sales or commission-based sales position. The Estimator is a key contributor to Triton Window Distributors' sales and project execution process, responsible for producing accurate, timely estimates, developing compelling product quotes, and enabling sales while managing the full sales cycle --from initial customer inquiry through signed contract and project completion. This position is ideal for a self-driven, sales-oriented professional who takes ownership of leads, follows up consistently, and converts estimates into closed sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Estimator must be confident in presenting pricing and scope of work, building trust with customers, and reinforcing confidence throughout the Triton Window contracting and installation process. Key Responsibilities * Manage the estimating and proposal process from initial inquiry through customer approval, supporting the sales process through consistent follow-up. * Support company sales goals through timely follow-up and accurate proposal management. * Prepare accurate, detailed quotes and proposals with clearly defined scopes of work. * Present pricing, product options, and project details clearly and professionally. * Proactively follow up with prospects to address questions, overcome objections, and close sales. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * Perform detailed and accurate data entry within the estimating and sales systems. * Generate sales orders for approved projects. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure pricing accuracy and project readiness. * Maintain a working knowledge of construction and installation processes. * Provide general office support as needed, including answering phones. Skills & Qualifications * Strong customer communication skills with the ability to support proposals through customer approval. * Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work independently. * Bilingual in English and Spanish (strong written and verbal English required). * Professional, confident communicator with excellent customer service skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Solid mathematical aptitude. * Effective record-keeping and document management abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel. * Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Basic understanding of the construction industry required. * Experience in the home improvement or building materials industry strongly preferred, including windows, doors, flooring, roofing, remodeling, or construction, ideally within large home improvement retailers.
