Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent with experience in Medicare Advantage and ACA plans to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional customer support, and assist clients with their inquiries and needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional phone manner, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse client base effectively. Duties * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service. * Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up with clients, gather feedback, and sell medical insurance policies. * Accurately document all customer interactions, applications, and follow-ups using CRM and data entry systems. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction. * Adhere to established call center protocols, including phone etiquette, scripts, and communication standards. * Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and company policies. * Consistently meet or exceed company sales goals and performance metrics. Skills * Active 2-15 or 2-40 insurance license * Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; bilingual * Minimum of 3 years of experience selling Medicare and ACA plans * Proven experience in a call center, customer support, or client services role preferred. * Strong data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications. * Ability to handle outbound and inbound calling campaigns effectively while maintaining professionalism. * Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills. * Strong analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. * Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple calls. * Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and independently when required.
