Job Summary We're looking for a driven Health Benefits Insurance Advisor to join our team. Don't worry if you don't have insurance experience -- we provide full training to help you learn the industry and succeed in this role. In this position, you'll help individuals and families understand their health insurance options and guide them through choosing and enrolling in the right plan. If you enjoy talking to people, helping others, and want a career with growth potential, this could be a great fit for you. What You 'll Do * Talk with clients and help them understand their health insurance options * Reach out to warm leads with unlimited access provided * Help clients enroll in coverage and assist with policy updates when needed * Explain plans, benefits, and coverage in a clear and easy-to-understand way * Provide great customer service by answering questions and supporting clients * Work with a supportive team to hit goals and improve your skills What We 're Looking For * Someone reliable, coachable , motivated, and has positive attitude and willingness to learn * Good communication skills, tech-savy and comfortable with the sales process * Ability to stay organized and follow processes * Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus * Valid drivers license and reliable transportation What We Offer * Training provided -- no insurance experience needed * Ongoing coaching and support * Opportunities for career growth * Performance-based earning potential * A team environment that wants you to succeed Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
