Automotive Assistant & Product Specialist About the Role As an Automotive Assistant & Product Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the auto sales team throughout the customer journey--from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. You'll engage with customers via phone, text, email, and in person to provide product information, answer questions, and schedule appointments at the dealership. You'll also assist with vehicle demonstrations, deliveries, and CRM updates.
