About Yesman Global Yesman Global is a newly created international group based in Florida, operating in the sports events, sponsorship, and experiential marketing industry. We are building our U.S. presence from the ground up and are looking for a true hunter -- a sales professional who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, closing deals, and building revenue in the sports and events space. If you are driven by results, commissions, and growth, this role is for you. Your Mission This is a 100% business development-driven role. You will be responsible for: * Aggressive outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking) * Identifying and signing new clients (brands, agencies, corporates) * Building your own pipeline and managing deals from first contact to close * Negotiating contracts and closing high-value * Representing Yesman Global at sports events and industry networking opportunities * Hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets Who We 're Looking For * 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in sports, events, sponsorships, or marketing * Strong hunter mentality with proven prospecting success * Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection * Results-oriented, competitive, and commission-driven * Experience selling B2B solutions, sponsorships, or partnerships * Excellent communication and closing skills * Entrepreneurial mindset - you like building, not maintaining * Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) * Authorized to work in the U.S. (visa sponsorship can be discussed for the right profile) What We Offer * Competitive base salary * Uncapped commission structure * Fast career growth in a growing international group * Direct exposure to sports properties, events, and decision-makers * High level of autonomy and responsibility * Opportunity to become a key sales leader as the company scales This Role Is NOT For You If * You prefer inbound leads only * You are uncomfortable with cold calling or proactive outreach * You are not motivated by targets and commissions * You prefer a slow or highly structured corporate environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $51,566.04 - $62,101.03 per year Benefits: * Cell phone reimbursement * Paid training * Travel reimbursement Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fort Lauderdale, FL 33314
