Overview: Are you a motivated, outgoing professional ready to make an impact in pediatric healthcare? KidsCare Home Health, an award-winning leader in pediatric care, is seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Sales Representative to grow our brand, build referral relationships, and connect families with quality care. Responsibilities: What You 'll Do: * Manage and grow an assigned territory, including hospitals, clinics, and referral sources * Build strong relationships with physicians, case managers, and social workers * Drive brand awareness through networking, community events, and in-services * Educate caregivers and patients on services and care coordination options * Track referral data and achieve monthly goals * Travel up to 20% Qualifications: What We 're Looking For: Bachelor 's degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Administration Minimum 2 years of experience required Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Prior sales, marketing, or healthcare experience preferred Ability to engage key decision-makers and build strong relationships Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Goal-driven with a track record of exceeding expectations Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Valid driver's license required * Physical Demands/Working Environment * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit, walk, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard. * Moderate physical activity and lifting is required. * Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements. * Moderate noise (i.e., business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
