Job Overview * Answering incoming calls and providing outstanding customer service * Directing customers to the appropriate sales representative or department * Assisting clients with payments and processing transactions accurately * Conducting follow-up calls to clients as necessary * Maintaining organized records and documentation * Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations * Other administrative duties as assigned High school diploma or equivalent * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.) * Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required * A New York State Property and Casualty insurance license is required.
