You will grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and the agency. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services to meet their needs. Your primary role will be to acquire new household and meet the additional and growing needs of current households. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Market Products to New Prospects and Current Household * Network to Develop referral sources * Assist prospects in making educated decision about the products and services we provide * Consistently work toward daily, weekly and monthly sales goals * Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-Motivated, Self-Starter who is focused on success achieving daily, weekly, monthly & annual goals. * Detail-oriented and able to multitask. * Experience in customer service or sales preferred. * Prior Insurance and/or Financial Services Experience. * Current Property & Casualty &/or Life/Health &/Or Financial Services Licensing.
