Responsibilities * Graduate from PLACE Launch - 12 week program * Execute weekly lead gen - including 200+ calls, 2 open houses and database management * Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes * Consult with sellers, get signed listing agreement and market homes * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers * Commit to team trainings and events Qualifications * You possess a natural drive and competitive edge in sales. * Skilled at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions. * Proficient in prospecting and generating leads. * Naturally adept at handling objections. * Exceptional communicator with a dedication to service. * Must hold a real estate license About-our-team The FI Team, led by the visionary Craig Curelop, is a dynamic group of real estate professionals dedicated to making a significant impact in the lives of their clients and the community.
