Full description of the position

Description: * Assist incoming clients and incoming phone calls. * Candidate must be able to generate appointments and 12-15 sales per month through floor traffic, email, phone calls, text messages, etc. * Be available to respond to clients via email, phone, and text in a professional, well-spoken manner. * Quotes pricing, rates, and automobile availability to clients. * Understands and implements the dealership sales process (training provided). * Learn product knowledge on the current model line and become a certified product representative. * Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Build strong rapport with customers. * Perform high-quality, professional, knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles. * Maintain customer satisfaction. Requirements: * Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience. * Previous sales experience preferred but not required. * Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. * Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. * Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. * The willingness to continually follow up with clients. * Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record. * Weekends are required
