Job Type: Seasonal - Sales Leaders Role We are seeking a Seasonal Sales Lead to oversee retail operations . This position leads the sales team and manages operations across our services. Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the sales team and operations * Manage and coordinate all company services * Drive sales performance and ensure team goals are met * Coach, train, and support team members * Handle escalated customer situations * Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with procedures * Support daily setup, scheduling, and smooth port operations Requirements * U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required * experience in sales and team leadership * Strong retail sales background * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-volume environments * Cash-handling and computer proficiency * Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 30 lbs * Bilingual preferred * Highly responsible and reliable Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
