Do you know your perennials from your annuals? Ace Hardware is seeking a knowledgeable Nursery Sales Specialist to guide our customers in creating their dream gardens. Assisting with plant selection, maintaining plant health (watering/pruning), creating attractive displays, and answering pest/disease questions. Qualifications: Proven sales experience, strong communication skills, developing clients in outreaching for assistance in all gardening needs and a "go-getter" attitude. Identifying new leads, providing quotes, closing sales, and building lasting client relationships. 3 + years experience in a nursery or garden center, plant knowledge and proven sales results.
