Sales Coordinator Overview TalentoHC is partnered with a growing PE-backed enterprise organization seeking a Sales Order Specialist through year-end. The person in this role will manage the order lifecycle from award to shelf, ensuring accurate customer order data and on-time product delivery. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Development, Logistics, and Asia-based operations teams to maintain operational accuracy and drive customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Manage complete order lifecycle from initial award through final delivery * Ensure accuracy of customer order data and documentation * Monitor and coordinate on-time product delivery to shelf * Proactively identify and resolve potential operational issues * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Development, and Logistics * Coordinate with Asia-based operations teams * Maintain compliance with internal policies and procedures * Support sales team operations and customer satisfaction initiatives Requirements * 1-2 years of experience in order operations, order management, sales operations, or sales support * Advanced Google Docs or Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, import ranges, data reconciliation) * Associate's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills * Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities Hourly Pay Rate: $24/hr - $27/hr About Talento Human Capital (TalentoHC): TalentoHC is a leading talent acquisition, executive search, and human capital consulting partner, dedicated to helping our clients build their best teams yet.
