Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrative Support professional to assist the sales team by managing and updating client information within our internal systems. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records, reactivating and updating old client data, and providing administrative support that helps drive sales efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Access and update client records within the internal sales and customer management systems * Review, clean, and organize data related to old and existing clients * Update contact information, rental history, notes, and sales status accurately * Assist with reactivating old clients by preparing updated records for sales follow-up * Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as reports, data entry, and documentation * Ensure all client information complies with company data standards and confidentiality policies * Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure records reflect current client interactions * Identify missing or outdated information and follow up internally to resolve discrepancies Qualifications * Previous experience in sales administration, administrative support, or data entry preferred * Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy * English and Spanish required for this role * Experience working with customer databases or CRM systems This role is an excellent fit for motivated individuals seeking to utilize their clerical expertise while supporting a vibrant sales environment.
