Job Summary MAPD Helpdesk is seeking motivated and hungry sales agents that are Money Driven. As a growing company and we are offering top dollar for top agents that can sell. We want neat clean deals that will stick to the books. NO COLD CALLING Calls are fronted and transferred to you after the fronter has verified the person has Medicare Parts A and B and is interested in Medicare Advantage insurance. Unlimited training - We constantly work on improving your sales and technical ability. Knowledge is Power! Lots of calls - We keep you busy all day every day with live inbound transfers. Great Compensation. Hourly + Commission + Residual We work with all the major carriers. Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, Care Plus, Devoted, Humana, Molina, United, Wellcare, Zing MA - OEP SCHEDULE Monday to Thursday 9;45am to 7pm Lunch 1 - 2pm Friday 9:45 to 5pm Lunch 1:00 - 2pm HOURS AND PAY This is a 1099 sales position. It offers Hourly pay + Commission + Monthly Bonuses + Risidual PAID WEEKLY Hourly Pay Rate increases the more deals you close 20 + DEALS FOR THE WEEK = $22 per hour 15 + DEALS FOR THE WEEK = $18 per hour 12 + DEALS FOR THE WEEK = $15 per hour 11 or less $12 per hour PAID MONTHLY Deal Commission 30 DEALS $30 40 DEALS $40 50 DEALS $50 60 DEALS $60 70 DEALS $70 Monthly bonuses vary each month.
