We value people who communicate proactively, document thoroughly, and take ownership of smooth handoffs across teams. Note: For this role, robotics industry experience is strongly preferred. We're especially interested in candidates from robotics companies (autonomous vehicles, industrial automation, logistics robotics) who understand the technical landscape and customer needs. What to Expect As our Sales Lead, you will drive revenue by bringing our simulation platform to robotics companies. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, working closely with solutions engineering to ensure customer success. What You'll Do * Own full sales cycle for enterprise robotics customers * Develop account strategies for target companies * Collaborate with solutions team on technical scoping and proposals * Build and maintain pipeline through outbound and inbound leads * Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams What You'll Bring * 3-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in robotics, automation, or enterprise software * Technical credibility to discuss simulation, ML, and robotics * Track record of meeting or exceeding quota * Experience with consultative, solution-oriented sales * Strong communication and presentation skills Nice to Have * Background selling to robotics or manufacturing companies * Experience with land-and-expand or usage-based pricing models * Network in the robotics industry We believe diverse teams build better products.
