Royal Brass Incorporated is currently seeking a full time Counter Sales/Warehouseman for our San Jose, California location. Royal Brass Incorporated is a family owned and operated business. We are a full line Parker Fluid Products distributor. We currently operate two Parker Stores San Jose and Pacheco. The keys to our success are Service, Knowledge and Inventory. Visit our website at: We will train self-motivated individuals. Experience in hydraulic, air and pneumatic products is a big plus. Warehousemen are responsible for, serving customers, maintaining and stocking our Parker Store, pulling orders for inside/outside sales and fabricating custom hose assemblies. * Customer Service/ Counter Sales * Fabricate custom hose assemblies; cut hoses to length and attach end fittings as required * Report shortages to Warehouse manager * Store Maintenance and cleaning * Pulling orders * Use of measuring devices * Cash Management * Operate hose saw, crimper, grinder and other mechanical devices. * Attempt to sell additional items in the store * Shipping duties include prepare package orders for shipping * Receive shipments from Parker and other suppliers * Sweep and clean up areas of the warehouse as assigned * Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent * Excellent verbal and communication skills * Work independently * Mechanically inclined * Product knowledge * Problem solving * Ability to read and understand written orders * Ability to understand measurements and mathematics * Basic computer skills * Lift up to 75 lbs * Spanish speaking is a plus Royal Brass offers Health Benefits and 401k for all employees.
