What You 'll Do * Build lasting relationships with clients and our community * Reach out to potential clients through warm leads, referrals, and personal outreach * Learn about each client's goals and recommend coverage that fits their needs * Present and explain policy options in a way that's clear and helpful * Complete applications and guide clients through the underwriting process * Follow up with clients to review, adjust, and renew their coverage over time * Stay current through ongoing training and professional development opportunities What We 're Looking For * Required: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License * Preferred: Willingness to obtain Life & Health License * Friendly, motivated, and customer-focused * Strong communication and people skills * Dependable and organized, with a positive attitude * Team player who enjoys working in a fun, family-oriented environment What We Offer * Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities * Warm leads provided -- no cold calling marathons * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid vacation, holidays, and personal time off * Cell phone allowance * Monday -Friday schedule (no weekends!) * A welcoming workplace where you're supported, valued, and encouraged to grow Background Check: Final candidates will be required to complete a background check, including a drug screening.
