• Build lasting relationships with clients and our community
• Reach out to potential clients through warm leads, referrals, and personal outreach
• Learn about each client's goals and recommend coverage that fits their needs
• Present and explain policy options in a way that's clear and helpful
• Complete applications and guide clients through the underwriting process
• Follow up with clients to review, adjust, and renew their coverage over time
• Stay current through ongoing training and professional development opportunities What We 're Looking For
• Required: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Preferred: Willingness to obtain Life & Health License
• Friendly, motivated, and customer-focused
• Strong communication and people skills
• Dependable and organized, with a positive attitude
• Team player who enjoys working in a fun, family-oriented environment What We Offer
