About Us SFW Construction is a specialty contractor focused on protecting homes through siding, dry rot repair, leaking window remediation, roof repairs, and more. We are a growing company with a reputation for expertise, professionalism, and trust. Our inside sales team plays a critical role in guiding homeowners from that first phone call through scheduling their projects. We've built a structured, scalable inside sales process that includes scripts, objection handling, value propositions, follow-up cadences, and training modules. Now we're looking for a Sales Manager who can own, coach, and optimize this system. What You 'll Do As our Sales Manager, you will: * Lead and coach our sales team through call reviews, scorecards, and weekly 1:1s. * Run structured sales meetings that combine recognition, training, and accountability. * Implement and refine our 90-day sales training program for new reps. * Manage the Sales Playbook Library (scripts, templates, rebuttals, value props). * Use HubSpot CRM daily to track activity, enforce follow-up cadences, and generate reports. * Collaborate with installation crews, customer experience, scheduling, superintendents, and billing to close the loop between sales and operations. * Stay sharp on building envelope products and repair processes so you can coach reps to speak with confidence. * Set and track activity and conversion goals for the team. * Report weekly on sales metrics, trends, and continuous improvement initiatives. Who You Are We're looking for a process-driven leader who thrives on coaching and improving people, not just "closing it yourself." Must-Haves: * Proven experience in sales management, sales leadership, or call center supervision. * Strong background in sales coaching, call reviews, and objection handling. * Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). * Excellent communication and organization skills. * Ability to run meetings, set goals, and hold people accountable. Nice-to-Haves: * Background in construction, building materials, or home services. * Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar project management software. * Knowledge of building envelope systems (siding, windows, roofing, waterproofing).
