A base wage is offered. It exists for stability, not motivation. Serious salespeople do not choose roles for base pay. They choose roles for commission leverage. In this position, the base is irrelevant to total earnings once production stabilizes. Commission dominates income quickly for anyone executing at volume. Income here is not incremental. It scales aggressively with output. Agents who maintain activity and follow through convert repetition into revenue at a rate most sales roles cannot match. When execution is consistent, earnings accelerate. When execution slips, income collapses just as fast. This is outbound phone sales in a volume-driven system where money is a direct function of daily behavior. There are no artificial caps, no seniority-based ceilings, and no delayed upside. High producers materially out-earn peers in slower, "safer" sales roles because they generate more opportunities per day. Sustained success requires executing the same process daily without erosion, tolerating rejection without slowdown, tracking activity accurately, following up relentlessly, and closing decisively. Those who do this make large amounts of money relative to time invested. Those who do not plateau early. Insurance experience is irrelevant. Prior success in environments where income depended on volume and attrition was high is predictive. If previous roles protected pace, capped earnings, or rewarded tenure, this role will feel extreme. Operating conditions include constant rejection, strict metrics, minimal hand- holding, and direct accountability. The upside exists precisely because most people cannot tolerate this long enough to compound results. Candidates should not apply if they seek comfort, early validation, variety, or guaranteed income. This role trades psychological friction for financial acceleration.
