Company: Delta Force Mechanical Inc Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 (In person) Schedule: Monday to Saturday (6 days/week) If you are the type of closer who loves being on a scoreboard and getting paid for performance, this is a real seat with real upside. Delta Force Mechanical Inc is hiring high ticket appointment closers to run scheduled homeowner appointments. We want sharp, competitive reps who can take control of the room, handle objections, and close consistently. Why this role changes lives You are not stuck in a capped hourly job. What you will do * Run pre set appointments with homeowners * Qualify needs, present solutions, and close * Control the conversation and handle objections confidently * Follow the sales process, update CRM notes, and manage follow ups * Hit weekly targets and improve through coaching and roleplay What we are looking for * Closing experience in B2C sales preferred (in home, HVAC, solar, roofing, windows, alarms, telecom, insurance, home improvement) * Strong communication, confidence, and professional presence * Competitive, coachable, and consistent * Reliable transportation * Able to work Monday to Saturday, in person What you get * Base pay plus commission with clear performance targets * Paid onboarding with a proven framework, scripts, and talk tracks * Ongoing coaching, roleplay, and feedback to raise your close rate * A clear KPI scoreboard so you always know where you stand * Recognition, incentives, and performance bonuses for top producers * Growth path into Senior Closer and Team Lead for consistent performers * A high standards team environment built around winning Apply with your resume.
