Responsibilities * Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation efforts to expand the customer base. * Manage a designated territory by developing strategic plans for territory management and business development initiatives. * Present compelling product demos and technical sales pitches to showcase solutions tailored to client needs. * Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while upselling additional products or services to maximize revenue opportunities. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness efforts. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on territory management and direct sales strategies. * Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and analysis to identify client needs and craft effective solutions. * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing leads, contacts, and sales pipelines. * Excellent communication skills for conducting product demos, presentations, and engaging in consultative discussions. * Ability to perform inside sales activities including cold calling, follow-up calls, and virtual meetings when necessary. * Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and retail or territory sales environments. * Knowledge of marketing principles and lead generation techniques to support proactive outreach efforts.
