Job Summary

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Manager in Training / Sales Associate. This position combines direct sales responsibilities with leadership development. You'll learn the fundamentals of sales, customer engagement, and team leadership with a clear path toward management roles.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training new staff members, providing guidance on store policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store environment, ensuring that displays are visually appealing.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members.
• Leadership qualities with a willingness to take initiative and support team objectives.
