Job Summary We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Manager in Training / Sales Associate. This position combines direct sales responsibilities with leadership development. You'll learn the fundamentals of sales, customer engagement, and team leadership with a clear path toward management roles. Duties * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. * Assist in training new staff members, providing guidance on store policies and procedures. * Maintain a clean and inviting store environment, ensuring that displays are visually appealing. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Requirements * Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred. * Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members. * Leadership qualities with a willingness to take initiative and support team objectives.
