Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our PDR team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have experience in high ticket sales. This role involves engaging with customers both in-person and via various communication channels to promote our services, build lasting relationships, and drive sales growth. Multilingual abilities and proficiency with CRM software are highly valued to enhance customer interactions and expand our market reach. Duties * Actively pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calls, cold calling, and networking within the community. * Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. * Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, emphasizing features and benefits of PDR repair vs conventional . * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM software. * Assist customers throughout the claim process, providing exceptional customer service from initial contact through post-sale follow-up. * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting inventory and special offers. Requirements * Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously. * Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems. * Ability to perform B2B sales, negotiate effectively, and develop long-term customer relationships. * Multilingual or bilingual skills are preferred to serve diverse customer bases better. * Demonstrated ability in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and marketing outreach. * Customer service-oriented mindset with professional appearance and demeanor.
