Bi-Lingual Spanish Insurance Sales Producer - P&C and Life Licensed (Georgia) Tired of low hourly pay and tiny commissions? At Johns Agency LLC , we do things differently. As a licensed Property & Casualty and Life agent, you'll be paid based on what you produce --not what the agency keeps. We are a top-performing AAA Exclusive Agency (EA office) hiring bilingual Spanish-speaking, licensed P &C and Life agent(s) to work from our office with quality leads, uncapped commissions, and a base salary. Compensation: Why agents are switching to Johns Agency? Most insurance agents in the industry earn $15 -$21/hr + a small commission. Example: * $18/hr 160 hrs = $2,880/month * Commission (avg. $189) * Total: $3,069 gross/month before taxes Our Model at Johns Agency: * Base Salary: $3,000/month * Commission: 12.60% on gross premium written * Bonuses Available * Uncapped earning potential based on your sales performance. Average AAA policy values: * Home Insurance: $1,710 annual premium * Auto Insurance: $800 per 6-month policy Use your past activity to calculate what you could have earned here. What You 'll Do: * Sell auto, home, renters, umbrella, and life insurance to Georgia & Tennessee residents. * Use provided leads and outbound call systems to generate daily activity. * Recommend proper coverage --not just "minimums." * Cross-sell and upsell where appropriate. Submit business, track activity, and join virtual team meetings. * We Provide: * Live inbound leads (no cold calling required). * Option to purchase extra leads at our cost. * Full onboarding, training, and ongoing sales support. * Access to sell in GA & TN. * Brand recognition with AAA and affiliated carriers. What You Need * Georgia resident P &C license (required) * Life/Health license (required) * Bilingual: English & Spanish (required) * Strong work ethic and motivated sales drive. * Willingness to be compensated based on results, not hours. Comfort with outbound calling & follow-up (grit and persistence required). * This Role Is Not For You If * You dislike outbound calling and follow-up. * You prefer hourly pay over performance-based compensation.
