Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Route Sales Driver to join our team in Rochester, NY. This role involves delivering products efficiently along designated routes, providing excellent customer service, build relationships with dealers and have good organizational abilities. Previous experience in sales, or military service is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to develop sales with current dealers and call on prospects to continue to grow the route. Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00pm No nights or Weekends! Compensation Salary plus Commission and a Company truck Duties * Safely operate company vehicles along assigned routes, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations * Deliver products to customers promptly and accurately, ensuring proper handling and placement * Engage with customers professionally to address inquiries, upsell additional products, and build lasting relationships * Manage pricing adjustments and communicate promotions effectively * Maintain accurate records of deliveries, sales transactions, and route documentation * Organize daily schedules for efficient route coverage and timely completion of deliveries * Uphold cleanliness and safety standards within the vehicle and work area Qualifications * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Strong math skills for handling pricing, inventory counts, and sales transactions * Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and team members * Proven ability in sales or upselling techniques to maximize route sales. * Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly (up to 50 pounds) safely and efficiently * Strong organizational skills for route planning and time management * Automotive industry experience preferred , Tire experience a plus Pay: From $46,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
