What You 'll Do * Guide customers through the vehicle buying process * Learn and present features of Ford vehicles and pre-owned inventory * Build strong customer relationships and follow up consistently * Achieve monthly sales goals * Deliver outstanding customer service at every step What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional, positive attitude * Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment * Valid driver 's license required * Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required -- we train!
