Job Description: * Greet potential customers and introduce them to options based on make, type, and quality of vehicle desired. * Answer customer questions regarding car features, pricing, financing and warranties. * Provide test drives of vehicles and provide feedback on driving performance. * Develop customer relationships through follow-up and follow-through. * Negotiate vehicle prices and complete paperwork for sales. * Monitor customer satisfaction and address customer concerns. * Maintain current knowledge of product and dealership promotions. * Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction. * Continuously improve sales performance through feedback Qualifications Needed: * Valid Driver's License of 3+ years * 1 years of Car Dealership sales (preferably luxury brand) Benefits: * 401k with matching component * PTO (1 week) * Paid vacation (2 weeks starting day 1!) * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * Life and Disability Insurance * Paid training * Paid Holidays * Progression opportunities featuring our tailored growth plan!
