Inside Sales Representative / CSR Type: Contract-to-Hire Compensation: $23-$25 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-Time, Onsite- Manchester, NY 14504 ) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivatedInside Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office/ manufacturing environment, enjoys problem-solving, and values accuracy and efficiency in customer interactions. Responsibilities * Accurately process quotes, orders, and customer inquiries * Ensure precision and attention to detail in all tasks * Communicate effectively via email and occasionally by phone * Adhere to company procedures and established workflows * Demonstrate adaptability and eagerness to learn new processes Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * 2-3 years of customer service or inside sales experience * Prior office experience is essential * Strong customer service mindset with a collaborative approach * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to take direction and work across multiple departments * Self-driven with strong organizational and prioritization skills * MS Office Suite * Must be reliable and have a professional demeanor
