Akoya insurance is looking to add a new licensed agent & customer service rep to our team. We are looking for an experienced insurance customer service representative to connect with our insurance customers. In this role, you will be responsible for renewals, policy servicing, answering phone calls, cross selling, and writing new business from leads generated in the agency. To ensure success as an insurance customer service representative, you should have a friendly and professional demeanor, good communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Ultimately, a top-class insurance customer sales representative is friendly and efficient when handling complaints or providing policy information. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid time off * Parental leave * Work from home Work Location: In person Akoya Insurance is located in DFW, but is hiring agents all across Texas and other states. We are looking for both in house agents and outside agents. Outside agents would work remotely from the office - either from home or office. You would be required to obtain an insurance license. Agents have access to over 60 carriers through Akoya's direct appointments. All agents will have a training window where they begin working from the office part time, then transition into fully remote. There is limitless potential and no commission cap.
