In person; location: Norcross, GA-Full time * Commercial Lines P &C Insurance Agent We are a bilingual Property & Casualty agency with over 20 years of experience with 12 locations; we are known for a fun culture, professionalism, consistency, and doing things the right way. We're hiring a Commercial Lines P &C Insurance Agent who will lead the commercial department and wants a real career and long-term growth. * What You 'll Do * Manage commercial accounts end to end: quoting, binding, renewals, and service. * Manage your team so you can growth together. * Gather accurate business and risk information for underwriting. * Market accounts with carriers and communicate with underwriters. * Clearly explain coverage so clients understand their protection. * Handle COIs, endorsements, audits, billing, and documentation accurately * Protect the renewal book and collaborate with the team professionally. * Marketing to help find customers for the commercial department, networking and more. Requirements * Fluent Spanish & English (required). * Active Property & Casualty license. * Minimum 2+ years in the insurance industry with strong commercial experience. * Comfortable with sales, client relationships, and agency systems.
