Job Title: Counter Sales Representative Department: Parts Department Reports To: Parts Manager ESSENTIAL, DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers who either visit the dealership or call by maintaining familiarity with all inventory products and merchandising programs; parts inventory and ordering systems; utilized and maintain parts technical resources with the most current information; and dealership credit policies. * Acknowledge customers as soon as possible. * Provide a good image to customers. * Make outgoing phone calls to customers, to keep good customer relations. * Look up parts in CDK Automotive DMS computer systems * New product knowledge. * Attend training classes.
