In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting our solar energy solutions to potential customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will leverage your expertise in outside sales and customer service to build strong relationships and effectively communicate the benefits of our products. If you are passionate about renewable energy and have a knack for negotiation, we want to hear from you! Duties * Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through door-to-door outreach and networking. * Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs. * Present solar energy solutions to prospective customers, highlighting the advantages and value of our offerings. * Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities. * Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. * Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance overall performance. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients post-sale. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the solar or energy sector. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results. * A background in customer service is a plus, enhancing your ability to connect with clients and meet their needs.
