The Role This is a true hybrid closer position. You hunt and you close. You start by creating opportunity in the field. As you prove you can convert, you unlock more leverage, more volume, and better use of your time. We sell high-ticket home improvement projects homeowners actually need -- and most are already financing-ready. What You 'll Be Doing * Prospect door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods * Generate qualified opportunities * Run in-home sales appointments * Close high-ticket home improvement projects * Follow pricing, compliance, and sales process standards * Maintain accurate CRM notes and documentation * Represent the company professionally in the field and in customers' homes How the Path Works * Start with self-generated opportunities * Run and close your own appointments * Earn company-generated appointments by hitting performance benchmarks * Increase volume without increasing door-knocking This role rewards conversion and discipline , not just effort.
