About the Role We are a growing fintech company specializing in providing working capital solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. We offer short-term and long-term funding products, and all leads are inbound from businesses actively seeking financing. We are looking for candidates with experience in financial services , such as bank tellers, personal bankers, business bankers, loan officers, insurance agents, or similar customer-facing financial roles -- combined with a sales background. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative conversations, understands business financial needs, and is comfortable navigating financial documents and underwriting requirements. What You 'll Do * Handle qualified inbound leads from business owners seeking capital. * Receive warm transfers from our internal lead team--no cold calling. * Conduct needs-based financial assessments and present appropriate funding options. * Guide clients through the application, underwriting, and closing process. * Use CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho/etc.) to track pipeline activity and maintain compliant documentation. * Maintain high customer service standards by responding to inquiries quickly and professionally. * Collaborate with underwriting and operations to ensure timely funding. * Typical funding cycle is about one week from first call to close. Schedule * Monday-Friday * 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (in-office) Qualifications * Financial services experience preferred : banking, lending, insurance, financial customer service, or similar. * Sales experience required (consultative or inside sales preferred). * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial products clearly. * Comfortable reviewing bank statements and discussing business cash flow with clients. * Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zoho/etc.). * Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team. * Strong ethical standards and client-first approach. Compensation * Base salary + commissions * Average representatives earn $12,000+ per month * Projected annual compensation: $120,000 - $175,000+ * Full-time, W-2 or contract options depending on experience.
