Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Market Manager to lead our City Market Sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing our product and selling directly to the public. You will drive revenue growth through innovative sales techniques and building customer relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of outside sales, and management principles. The Market Manager will serve as a vital link between our company and the local consumer marketplace, ensuring customer satisfaction and expanding our market presence. Duties * Order inventory that you are intending to sell at the market. * Setting up our Vendor Stall with product and prepare for product sampling. * Respect Market Hours and vendor Regulations * Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast performance, and analyze market trends. * Engage in technical sales discussions with customers and demonstrate our products' value by explaining why we are unique in the market place and allow customers to sample our product. * Maximize profitability while maintaining strong customer relationships. The more you sell, the more you will earn. * Conduct business development activities by taking orders for the following week. Qualifications * You must be an outgoing person willing to interact with customers that are in the market. * You have strong self-management skills and respect deadlines. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining positive client relationships. * Exceptional customer service orientation combined with effective communication skills. * Comfortable with dealing with Cash Transactions. * Reconcile your inventory to your sales. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 - 12 per week Work Location: In person
