Overview We're hiring a full-time Sales Representative for our flooring showroom. This is a proactive sales role. The showroom is often slow, so you must be comfortable cold calling, following up with customers, and creating your own sales opportunities. This role is for someone who moves fast, stays organized, and doesn't need to be pushed. Responsibilities * Help customers in the showroom and over the phone * Cold call contractors and potential customers * Follow up on leads, quotes, and past customers * Learn our flooring products and pricing * Enter orders, invoices, and customer info into the system * Use a computer daily for sales, quotes, and tracking * Stay on top of tasks and move quickly during the day Requirements * Spanish is required * Comfortable using a computer and learning new software * Experience with QuickBooks or similar software preferred * Sales experience preferred but not required * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Able to work fast and adapt to changes * Not slow-moving. Must be proactive during down time Pay & Schedule * $20/hour to start, with room for growth based on performance * Full-time only, 8-hour shifts * Some Saturdays required Important: This is not a high walk-in showroom. You are expected to create sales, not wait for them.
