Semiconductor Sales Associate Location: Campbell, California, USA Employment Type : Full-time Working Hours: 9:30am-6:00pm Working style: Office Salary: $110,000-$150,000 We are seeking a motivated and experienced Semiconductor Sales Associate to drive business growth in the U.S. market. The successful candidate will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with cross- functional teams (FAE, marketing, product management) to promote our semiconductor solutions to customers. This position, based in Campbell, California, reports directly to the VP of Business Development. * Responsibilities * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned territory/accounts * Identify new business opportunities in emerging markets (IoT, automotive, industrial, consumer electronics, etc.) * Collaborate with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) to provide technical solutions and design-in support * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers * Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, contract closing, and after-sales support * Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account plans * Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings * Stay updated on semiconductor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements * Qualifications [Required] * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 5+ years of sales experience in semiconductors (ASIC/ASSP), or related technology fields * Strong knowledge of semiconductor products (MCUs, SoCs, RF, analog, memory, etc.) * Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Japanese * Ability to travel for business when needed [Preferred] * Existing network with U.S. customers in automotive, industrial, or IoT sectors * Familiarity with distribution channels and partner management * Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) * Technical background with ability to engage in product-level discussions * Work Conditions * Standard working hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. * Work is on-site at the office; remote work is not permitted. * Occasional meetings may be required after 6:00 p.m. to communicate with teams at the headquarters in Japan. * Employment includes a 180-day probationary period. * Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $110,000 ~ $150,000 annually * 401(k) with company match * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Life, AD&D, and disability insurance * Paid time off (PTO)
