Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Insurance Producer for a confidential client in the Tampa Bay area. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and values relationship-building over cold calling. You will be responsible for closing provided leads, managing select accounts, and delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities * Close leads provided by the company with minimal cold calling required. * Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. * Conduct client-facing meetings both in-person and virtually. * Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients and stakeholders. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management. Qualifications * Required: Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity License. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field. * Strong presentation and communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs. * Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setting and attend in-office meetings as needed. * Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
