Responsibilities * Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective territory management. * Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities to identify potential business opportunities. * Deliver compelling product demos to showcase our offerings and drive sales conversions. * Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track customer interactions and manage the sales pipeline. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and upselling initiatives. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction. * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while adhering to company policies. * Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or direct sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment. * Familiarity with CRM software is essential; experience with Salesforce is a plus. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs. * Demonstrated success in lead generation, territory management, and account management. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on negotiation and relationship-building. * Background in technology sales or related fields is highly desirable. * Experience in retail sales or sales management is an advantage but not required.
