As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative with a strong background in countertop sales. This role is commission-only, offering substantial earning potential for the right individual. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth within your territory. Key Responsibilities: * Generate and qualify B2B & B2C leads to build a robust pipeline of opportunities. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. * Conduct in-home consultations, presentations, and follow-ups with clients. * Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on countertop products. * Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using our CRM software. * Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets. * Extensive knowledge of countertops and related products. * Highly self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales. * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proficient in computer operations and software, including CRM systems. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. * Several years of sales experience with verifiable sales performance metrics. Training: We offer paid training for the first two weeks to familiarize you with our products, processes, and systems. Compensation: This is a commission-only position, with unlimited earning potential based on your performance. Our top sales representatives earn significantly above industry averages, and you have the opportunity to do the same.
