Full description of the position

Description: Results-driven to lead business development and client relationship efforts across North, Central, and Latin America. The position combines a strategic mindset with hands-on sales expertise, driving growth, profitability, and brand presence throughout the region. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, cultivating long-term partnerships, and delivering tailored solutions that exceed client expectations Requirements: Business Development & Account Growth * Drive sales performance and revenue growth within the assigned territory through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building. * Secure new business and expand existing accounts through a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach. * Research and identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential clients across the Americas. * Develop compelling, data-driven proposals and commercial agreements for new and existing clients. * Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve or exceed assigned revenue targets. Client Relationship Management * Build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and long-term value. * Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues. * Manage a client value plan for each major account, identifying growth potential and share-of-wallet opportunities. Strategic Planning & Market Analysis * Analyze market dynamics, competitor performance, and regional trends to refine commercial strategies. * Contribute to the development of regional marketing initiatives and sales campaigns. * Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen market visibility. * Coordinate closely with Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. Operational Excellence * Plan and optimize sales activities to maximize return on time and investment. * Prepare timely reports on sales forecasts, market intelligence, and client feedback. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry innovations. * Develop travel budgets and itineraries for client visits, events, and trade shows across the Americas region. * All employees must be familiar with AS9100 standard. * All employees must be familiar with the ISO14001 standard. * All employees must be familiar with the standards, policies and procedures pertaining to their position. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice. * Competencies, Skills, And Abilities Minimum 2 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably within the aviation or technical equipment sector. * Strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills, with the ability to craft tailored client solutions. * Results-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-driven attitude and strong organizational discipline. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. * Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead initiatives. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.. * Availability to travel domestically and internationally as required. * Trilingual proficiency (English, Spanish, Portuguese) preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
