Key Responsibilities: * Prospecting and Lead Generation: * Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through various methods including networking, referrals, warm calling, and online research. * Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales. * Client Consultation: * Meet with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and preferences. * Provide detailed information on different insurance policies and products, explaining their features, benefits, and costs. * Sales and Policy Management: * Recommend suitable insurance policies and assist clients in selecting the best options. * Process applications, renewals, and modifications of insurance policies. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. * Customer Service: * Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their policies. * Assist clients with claims processing and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. * Compliance and Professional Development: * Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, company policies, and product knowledge. * Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities.
